Mission Statement

Mariamante Academy is a classical high school for young men and women.  Its mission is to provide an educational setting in which students develop intellectually, spiritually and physically in an environment that respects and fosters only the highest standards of education and character formation.  A Mariamante education prepares its students to attend the college, university, or military school of their choice or seek an occupation with responsible decision-making skills.  Its educational program gives priority to Christian humanism with its emphasis on true human values and its role in the development of an integral human personality. 

This mission is accomplished through a disciplined and challenging curriculum rooted in the ancient and modern traditions of Judeo-Christian thought and Western Civilization.  It utilizes a teaching staff committed to the educational and spiritual development of the Academy’s students with the goal of helping them become men and women leaders of America, people of peace who consider it a serious responsibility to work for the reeducation of mankind toward peace. Graduates of Mariamante will look out on the world and know the tasks for which they were formed, and carry them out in service to humanity.
